2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original box, manuals, warranty cards, cables, and accessories must be included
  • Product serial numbers must match our records

Products returned in damaged or incomplete condition may be rejected.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide:

    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or videos showing the issue

Our support team will review the request within 24–48 business hours.

Once approved:

  • A pickup may be arranged, or
  • You may be asked to ship the product to our return center

After inspection, the refund or replacement process will begin.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified:

  • Processing time may take 3–5 business days

Shipping charges will only be refunded if:
